2. Bookings and Payments
- All bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, official social media channels, or authorized partners.
- A booking is considered confirmed once full payment or the agreed deposit has been received.
- Prices include IGIC (local tax) and all items specified in the tour description.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance:Â full refund.
- Less than 24 hours or no-show:Â no refund will be issued.
- If the excursion must be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure, clients may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
4. Changes by Canarias Feel
We may adjust the itinerary, schedules, or pick-up points in case of unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, road closures, etc.).
In every case, we will do our best to preserve the quality and essence of the experience.
5. Responsibility and Insurance
- All our guides and partners operate with the required licenses and insurance.
- Canarias Feel is not responsible for personal losses, forgotten items, or damages resulting from non-compliance with safety instructions.
- We recommend that all participants have personal travel insurance that covers possible incidents.
6. Customer Conduct
We expect respectful behavior towards the natural environment, the group, and our guides.
We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or displaying inappropriate behavior.
